Procedure
for the return
You must request your refund via WhatsApp to the ILN contact during the first 14 calendar days after the date you took the exam.
You have this period to prove that you did not obtain the passing certification by exam.
In order for us to process your application correctly, you will need to fill out a form that will also be provided via WhatsApp.
Once you send it, we will review the information in detail and once corroborated, we will send the proof of the refund via transfer, by message, within 7 calendar days at the latest.
